Your files stay on your device

365visual apps open and save files locally. We never upload, read or store your documents, photos, video or audio — in the browser or on Windows.

Your subscription

To run 365visual Pro we keep the name and email your activation code was issued to, its start and end dates, the computers and browsers you activated (a random ID, the computer name and the system), and which apps you use and when. We use this only to run your subscription and to support you. We never sell it.

Update and subscription checks

Installed apps request a small version file from www.365visual.com to see if an update is available, and check your subscription about once a day. Besides your activation, these requests carry no personal data beyond what any web request includes.

This website

Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the service running. Logs are deleted after a short period.
